We started in 2020 to change that. Today we've guided over €70M in development projects across Belgium — from complex institutional sites
to mixed-use redevelopments in Ghent and Brussels. Every single one started with a free analysis and an honest conversation.

I started FUTURESPACES because I saw a gap nobody was filling. Property owners with incredible assets had no independent expert in their corner — someone who could tell them what their land was really worth and fight for that value without a conflict of interest.

Five years later, that mission has grown into something bigger. We're not just finding buyers anymore. We're co-developing alongside landowners, structuring partnerships that create real upside for everyone involved and building a renovation business focused on the kind of high-quality, sustainable construction Belgium needs more of.
